I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer too. Mine is a single lump (as far as is known so far) in my left breast. I've been told by my surgeon that I am a good candidate for a "lumpectomy". The surgeon will be removing the lump & it's perimeter (to make sure they get it all). I go for pre-op tests tomorrow, Sept. 12th. My surgery is set for September 18th. I applaud you for your bravery & thank you for sharing your experiences. I have also had great support both online & off. It has made all the difference, along with my faith in God, in my ability to keep in good spirits. I am going to watch your blog closely now, to see how you are doing.
